ROOTED IN FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Psychedelic education and integration support for bringing meaningful experiences into everyday life.
Explore integration ↗Begin with curiosity →01 / OUR APPROACH
Psychedelic experiences can leave us with questions, new perspectives, or feelings that are difficult to put into words. There is no single story they need to become.
Our vision for Soul Sanctuary is a thoughtful space to learn, reflect, and explore what those experiences mean to you—at your own pace, with your everyday life in view.
MEET SARA
Sara is part of Psilocybin Soul Sanctuary, a Fort Collins project focused on psychedelic education and integration support.
Sara holds a coaching certificate from Being True To You, where she completed training in psychedelic integration coaching.
This is a coaching credential, not a Colorado natural medicine facilitator license or a clinical qualification.
Integration begins with making room for questions: what an experience meant, what remains uncertain, and how reflection might connect with everyday life.
Want to learn more about Sara’s involvement or ask about the project? You’re welcome to introduce yourself.

You don't need a profound revelation or the perfect words. You can start with whatever is here.
Find language for your experience. Notice the emotions, questions, and moments that stay with you.
Explore connections to your values, relationships, and daily patterns without rushing to an explanation.
Consider a manageable practice or intention that helps reflection become part of ordinary life.
Integration support is reflective and educational. It does not include substance provision, ceremony facilitation, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Sometimes it begins with a better question.”
